This November we will meet near Corbin Park at the St. Andrews Church It is a potluck affair!
The meeting will join with The Weston A. Price Foundations for “Wise Traditions” in Food, Research and Activism who will cover losing weight with herbs and guidelines for nutrient dense diets to support sustainable weight loss and how intermittent fasting can help.
We need to have your input on officers and the events for next year (if you have ideas or want to lead a group let us know!!). If you want to nominate yourself or someone else and can’t attend this meeting let me know. SO we will run a business meeting to cover some of these issues, after the presentation (and during dinner).
Hope to see you there!!
PS. Don’t forget to register for the Spokane Food Policy summit on November 13th (lunch is covered in the $50 admission). There are scholarships available if needed. Growing Food Partnerships
